Electro-Crystal therapy combines the healing qualities of electro-magnetism with crystals to restore balance to your energy field. It uses crystals contained in tubes called electrodes which are stimulated by pulsed electromagnetic waves generated by a battery operated machine. The treatment involves placing the crystal electrodes on areas of your body in need of energy rebalancing and applying the appropriate balancing energy frequencies via the Electro-Crystal Therapy machine. The equipment has been designed to provide a range of treatment frequencies which can be used to calm, balance or stimulate areas of your energy field as required. Bio-Energy is a very effective way of locating the areas of imbalance in your energy field and then correcting the imbalance. During a Bio-Energy treatment, I use gentle hand movements and specialised techniques to scan your body’s energy system for imbalances, release any energy blockages and attract energy to deficient areas. In this way, the proper flow of energy essential to your health and vitality is restored. Reiki is a gentle but powerful system of energy healing. I use a sequence of hand positions resting lightly on or slightly above your body to channel energy into your body. Your body automatically draws in only as much Reiki as is needed using it in whatever way is most appropriate at the time. In this way, energy can again flow through your body in a healthy and natural way and balance is gradually restored to you on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. EmoTrance is a simple but effective technique that allows you to release stuck emotions. When you are very sad, angry, depressed, afraid, lonely etc, you feel the emotion in your body. This feeling is only energy. However, such feelings can create disturbances and blockages in your energy system and this can affect your emotional and physical health. EmoTrance heals emotional pain by repairing your energy system so that negative emotions such as sadness, anger and fear are replaced with positive emotions like happiness and peace.
